**Terms and Conditions at MoovieFly**

**Prices:**
All prices at MoovieFly are in Danish Kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. Out-of-stock items are subject to availability.**Payment:**
MoovieFly accepts payments with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Payment will be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK and include VAT. Price errors and out-of-stock/discontinued items are excepted.
**Delivery:**
MoovieFly strives to dispatch orders on the same day; in some cases, orders may be sent the following business day. We deliver throughout Denmark, with shipping prices starting from 49 DKK. Items will be delivered to the specified delivery address provided during the order. We do not deliver internationally, including the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Your items will be shipped using DAO or Bring. Note: If there is no space at the pick-up location, the package will be moved to the nearest pick-up point, and you will be notified. In case of issues, contact customer service. Deliveries are made on all weekdays, and your item will be delivered 1-3 business days after placing the order. Certain items may have special delivery conditions, which will be specified before purchasing.**Warranty:**
A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Sales of Goods Act. The warranty covers defects in material and/or manufacture. Remedies include repair, replacement, refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. Claims must be made within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect.
**Return Policy:**
MoovieFly does not cover return costs unless otherwise agreed. For returns, complaints, and the use of the right of withdrawal, send items to: MoovieFly Dybendalsvej 26, 2720 Vanløse. No shipments are accepted cash on delivery.
**Refund:**
For refund requests, please contact our customer support, and the agreed amount will be automatically refunded.
**Right of Withdrawal:**
A full 14-day right of withdrawal is granted on items purchased from our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive the order. Return costs are at your own expense. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Notification of withdrawal must be made within 14 days of purchase, and the return must be completed within 14 days after the notification. The item must be returned to: MoovieFly Dybendalsvej 26, 2720 Vanløse. You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal by simply refusing to accept the item without simultaneously giving clear notice.
**Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal:**
- Customized or clearly personalized goods.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
- Goods where the seal has been broken.
- Services commenced with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.
- Delivery of digital content not supplied on a physical medium if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
- Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription contracts for such publications.
- Agreements entered into at a public auction.
- Items subject to rapid deterioration or obsolescence.
**Return Process:**
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 30 days after exercising your right of withdrawal. You are responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the item. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged. Include a copy of the order confirmation. Expedite the process by completing and including our Withdrawal Form. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we receive it back. We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.
**Condition of the Item Upon Return:**
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. In other words, you can try the item as you would in a physical store.
**Note:** If the product has hairlines or other minor signs of use, it will not be accepted for return.
- If the item has been tested beyond the above description, it is considered used.
This means that upon withdrawal of the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of the return.
**Refund Process:**
If you withdraw your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount you paid to us. In the case of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the refund. When using the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it.

In order to enter into an agreement with us and make purchases on our website, we need the following information about you:

- Details of your purchase
We process your personal information for the purpose of delivering the item to you and handling inquiries regarding your purchase. The processing is carried out according to the rules in our privacy policy for MoovieFly.
