Shipping & Returns
MoovieFly delivery time is 1-3 business days. This is for parcel box delivery.We deliver throughout Norway and Sweden.
Returns: Items can be returned within 14 days of their delivery date. The items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unused. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged condition, you must notify us immediately so that you will be refunded the full cost of the item or sent a new one.Returns are not free, but we are happy to help you with that, simply inform us of your desired item you would like to return.
Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt to be eligible for a refund. After which it will be processed as a normal return.
